Shipping Policies

• Please allow 48 to 72 hours to fulfill and pack all orders placed online.
• Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability.  If an item you've ordered is not currently in stock or is back ordered, you will be notified.

• Keep in mind, estimated delivery dates are estimates only. If you need guaranteed shipping by a specific date, please call the Shoppe prior to purchasing. 
• All items sold and shipped by Against the Grain Shoppe are 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of arrival.
• Once your items have been carefully wrapped, packaged and sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for the most current status information.

PLEASE NOTE -- Free shipping does not apply to certain items due to size and/or weight. A second invoice will be sent for shipping charges for these items. Thank you for understanding!
